		<description>Thanks for the comments. I understand the frustration with not having someone who is experienced in the industry, but this is not something that Bastrop is at fault for. In fact, you should thank them for taking a risk on me, and new teacher, instead of going with someone else who had many more years experience in teaching but may not have known the topic as well.
